What is the largest corporate workshop you have conducted?

Our largest project to date was with ExxonMobil, where we conducted a workshop for approximately 150 participants in a ballroom setting.

How long should the workshop be?

We generally recommend around 3 hours for a full workshop experience. However, the ideal duration depends on your objectives, desired outcomes and overall event programme. We can customise the format accordingly.

Can you conduct workshops at our venue?

Absolutely. We have conducted workshops at a wide range of locations, including corporate offices, event venues and multi-purpose spaces such as the CPF Tampines multi-purpose room.

What is the ideal instructor-to-participant ratio?

We generally recommend a ratio of around 1 instructor to 10 participants for the best learning and engagement experience. However, we can accommodate ratios of up to 1:40 depending on the format and objectives. A larger ratio will naturally change the dynamics and level of individual interaction within the workshop.

What facilities or equipment do you require?

Our requirements are relatively simple. At minimum, we need a suitable setup for projecting our teaching materials. For larger groups, a PA system with microphones and speakers would also be necessary. We will advise on the appropriate requirements based on your group size and venue.
